How will my order be shipped?
For international orders, we partner with YunExpress to handle shipping from China to the United States. Once your package arrives in the U.S., it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery to your doorstep.
This combined shipping solution ensures reliable tracking, faster transit times, and a smooth delivery experience from our warehouse to your hands.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Leadtime ：When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please refter to the leadtime as following:
- Picking & packing - 2 working days
- Intenational shipping - 7 working days
- USA domestic shipping - 3 working days
Total: 10–12 working days from order placement until it’s in your hands.
Return Policy：Can I request a return if I feel not satisfied with the products？
For hygiene and personal reasons, we do not encourage returns on jewelry items, as they are worn close to the skin. But your satisfaction matters to us：
- Quality issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement. You won't be responsible for any fees.
- Change of heart: If you've simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs (both ways) will be at your own expense.

Our pricing already includes shipping cost and taxes. There are NO additional charges.
