Q: Are your pieces real 925 silver?

A: Yes, all our pieces are genuine 925 sterling silver. Each piece is finished with an 18K gold plated and aloing with rhodium other trace elements, to enhance durability and provide a hypoallergenic surface — safe and comfortable for everyday wear.

Q: Will your products fade or tarnish?

A: Honestly, all 925 sterling silver pieces with genuine gold plating will eventually show signs of wear — it largely depends on how you care for them. That said, our products are designed to last longer than standard plated jewelry:

  • Classic Gold: Double-plated with a base layer of yellow gold followed by a layer of 18K gold. The combined effect of these two genuine gold layers gives a richer, more refined color while significantly extending color retention and resistance to oxidation.
  • Silver: Finished with rhodium and white gold plating for superior durability and long-lasting shine.

Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?

A: Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, making them suitable for most sensitive skin types.

Q: What color is your "Classic Gold"?

A: Classic Gold is a custom shade developed exclusively by our designers. Because of the double plating, it offers superior color retention and oxidation resistance compared to standard gold finishes. The tone sits between yellow gold and rose gold — lighter and more refined than traditional yellow gold, yet without the pink undertone of rose gold — giving it a distinctly elegant, high-end look.

Q: Are your rings adjustable in size?

A: All our rings are open-ended and come in one standard size. Within the marked size, you can gently adjust it to fit slightly larger — up to about one full size. Beyond that, we don't recommend forcing it. We suggest measuring your finger carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Q：How will my order be shipped?

A：For international orders, we partner with YunExpress to handle shipping from China to the United States. Once your package arrives in the U.S., it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery to your doorstep.This combined shipping solution ensures reliable tracking, faster transit times, and a smooth delivery experience from our warehouse to your hands.

Q：Leadtime : When will I get my order?

A：We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please refer to the leadtime as following:

  • Picking & packing - 2 working days
  • Intenational shipping - 7 working days
  • USA domestic shipping - 3 working days

    Total: 10-12 working days from order placement until it's in your hands.

Q：Return Policy: Can I request a return if I feel not satisfied with the products?

A：For hygiene and personal reasons, we do not encourage returns on jewelry items, as they are worn close to the skin. But your satisfaction matters to us:

  • Quality issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement. You won't be responsible for any fees.
  • Change of heart: If you've simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs (both ways) will be at your own expense.

Q：Shipping Cost: How much does shipping cost?

A：Our pricing already includes shipping cost and taxes. There are NO additional charges.
